How do time slots work?
Time slots let your virtual PBX know exactly when your company is available. Define the days of the week, the time ranges and the actions to take outside those periods.
The system applies the rules automatically: redirects the call, plays a custom voiceover or sends it to voicemail according to each slot's configuration.
