La plataforma de VoIPer se aloja en un centro de datos europeo de hiperescala, diseñado desde cero para cargas críticas. Con más de 20 MW de potencia IT y miles de metros cuadrados de salas técnicas, se trata de una instalación de última generación con suministro eléctrico redundante, doble acometida y grupos electrógenos dimensionados para garantizar continuidad ante cualquier corte de red. Está ubicado en una zona de disponibilidad independiente del resto de instalaciones del proveedor, lo que aporta un aislamiento real frente a fallos regionales y permite escalar el servicio con margen durante los próximos años.
Su sistema de refrigeración utiliza free cooling directo con evaporación adiabática: aprovecha el aire del exterior para enfriar las salas y solo recurre al sistema evaporativo cuando la temperatura ambiente supera los 30 °C, sin necesidad de grupos de frío convencionales en operación habitual. El resultado es un PUE en torno a 1,25, muy por debajo de la media del sector (≈1,55 según el Uptime Institute), y un consumo de agua mínimo frente a los sistemas tradicionales de torres de refrigeración. Menor complejidad mecánica significa, además, menos puntos potenciales de fallo en el sistema de climatización.
Toda la infraestructura está duplicada en alimentación, refrigeración y red, sin puntos únicos de fallo. La conectividad se apoya en enlaces de múltiples operadores de tránsito con rutas redundantes hacia los principales puntos de intercambio europeos, lo que se traduce en latencias mínimas para la señalización SIP y el tráfico de voz en tiempo real. Es exactamente el tipo de instalación que requiere una plataforma de comunicaciones empresariales: discreta cuando todo funciona y blindada cuando algo falla.

- 1Do I need a CNMC license to contract the wholesale service?
- Yes. The pure wholesale service is reserved for operators registered with the CNMC. If you don't have a license, the white-label or partner models are the right path.
- 2What is the minimum traffic volume?
- There is no minimum entry volume, but pricing is tiered based on estimated and consolidated monthly volume.
- 3Can I sub-assign numbering to my own customers?
- Yes. As a wholesale customer we assign you ranges that you can sub-assign to your customers according to your CNMC registration.
- 4What SLA applies?
- The standard SLA is 99.9% availability. For critical agreements we can define specific SLAs with commitments on ASR, PDD and incident response times.
- 5Do you offer trials?
- Yes. Before closing an agreement we run a quality test on your priority destinations so you can validate the network.
