How does call forwarding work?

VoIPer's virtual PBX call forwarding lets you automatically redirect incoming calls to different destinations based on the conditions you define.

You can configure forwarding by schedule (outside office hours), by agent status (busy or no answer) or unconditionally from any number to another destination.

VoIPer virtual PBX extensions can be used anywhere in the world and on any device you prefer: mobile, computer, tablet…

Types of forwarding

Unconditional forwarding: All calls are automatically redirected to the configured destination.
Forward on no answer: If the extension does not answer within X seconds, the call is redirected.
Forward when busy: When the extension is busy, calls go to another destination.
Schedule-based forwarding: Outside office hours, calls are automatically redirected.
